The contract constitutes the lawfulness for the processing of your personal data – in accordance with Article 6 (1)(b) the Parliament and the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and on repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR. Another lawfulness of the processing of your personal data is a legally justified interest of the data controller – in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR, based on achieving marketing objectives by advertising the products and services. The protection of the company MomsCare s.r.o. against possible claims is also a legally justified interest of the data controller.

Relations which aren’t covered in these conditions are governed by GDPR and the legislation of the Czech Republic, mainly by Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, in its latest version.
