Protection of personal data

In these Personal Data Protection Principles, we will describe the practice of collecting, processing and publishing particular information, including user’s personal data, which the company MomsCare s.r.o. follows.

Your personal data will be handled and processed in order for you to receive MomsCare’s services and also for our marketing purposes. The contract constitutes the lawfulness for the processing of your personal data – in accordance with Article 6 (1)(b) the Parliament and the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and on repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR. Another lawfulness of the processing of your personal data is a legally justified interest of the data controller – in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR, based on achieving marketing objectives by advertising the products and services. The protection of the company MomsCare s.r.o. against possible claims is also a legally justified interest of the data controller.

The controller of your personal data is the company Momscare s.r.o. with its registered office in Prague 2, Blanická 1008/28, 120 00, ID number 056 26 471, entered in the Commercial Register at the City Court in Prague, section C, number 266749 (hereinafter Controller).

Collecting data

We collect and store the following user’s data:

Information provided by the user:
  • identification data, e.g. name, surname, permanent address, ID number, date of birth, VAT ID etc.,
  • contact data, e.g. contact address, telephone number, email address and other similar information,
  • descriptive data , e.g. bank account details,
  • official ID data, for the purposes connected with tax regulations and others,
  • data provided beyond the respective legislation which is processed on the basis of the given consent of the subjects, e.g. processing of photographs.
Information from other sources: entities which are a source of such information are for example:
  • partners who cooperate with us on offering our services, or joint marketing events
  • entities providing demographic and geographic data, data concerning advertising including targeted and online advertising, and a broad analysis
  • publicly accessible sources
  • information from a social network plug-in such as “Like” on FB page.
We collect and store data in our internal database.

Handling of data

We handle the above-mentioned data and process it for MomsCare’s marketing purposes and in order for you to receive the services. We need it mainly for the following reasons:

  • user registration, handling of orders and user’s payments
  • improvement of our services, optimizing the ways the content is recommended
  • analysis and better understanding of our users
  • providing information on our services (e.g. email messages, Internet communication channels)
  • sending out news, special offers or polls

Publishing data

On principle, we do not sell, make accessible or pass on the collected data to any other persons or entities unless we are obliged to do so due to a generally applicable law or regulation, or only if the user data is needed in order to provide our services with a special purpose and under the following conditions:

Service providers:
  • transport partners who provide transport to planned events
  • business partners who we cooperate with to deliver the services you have ordered
The users can by choice publish their own data, which can be used by a third party, by e.g. giving their evaluation or opinion on the offered content.

User’s rights and information concerning the user

You have the right to:

  • have access to your personal data and get a copy of your personal data subject to processing
  • correct mistakes in your personal data
  • ask to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in circumstances listed in Article 17 GDPR
  • ask to limit the processing of data in cases listed in Article 18 GDPR
  • object to the processing of personal data in cases listed in Article 21 GDPR
  • transmit the delivered data which is processed automatically.
You can raise your objections to the processing of personal data, withdraw your approval or amend its scope by:

  • a written request sent by registered mail to MomsCare s.r.o., Blanická 1008/28, 120 00 Praha 2
If you think your rights have been violated by the processing of your personal data, you can turn to the enforcement authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Authority.


We use security, technological and management processes which provide an adequate level of security against threats connected with the processing of personal data. They ensure that your personal data isn’t lost, stolen, accessed without permission, violated or modified.

Amendments to Personal Data Protection Principles

MomsCare s.r.o. reserves the right to update the Personal Data Protection Principles. In such a case you’ll find the particular information in the content of the application or on the website.


By using our services, you agree with these Personal Data Protection Principles. In case you don’t, please, don’t use MomsCare’s services. If you continue using our services after the Personal Data Protection Principles update, we will regard this as your agreement with these amendments.

Relations which aren’t covered in these conditions are governed by GDPR and the legislation of the Czech Republic, mainly by Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, in its latest version.

These conditions become effective on May 25th 2018.
